Kährs Group

By submitting a photograph or video (both referred to as "content") to Kährs Group, or by otherwise agreeing to our use of your content according to these Terms, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in full.

By uploading content and/or using the hashtag #Kahrs, #Kährs in response to a request from Kährs Group to use your content, you agree to grant Kährs Group a license to use your content as described in these Terms. Kährs Group also agrees to follow these Terms. You acknowledge that these Terms represent a binding agreement between you and Kährs Group, and that Kährs Group will rely on your agreement to conduct its business.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal right to enter into this agreement and to grant Kährs Group the rights described here.

You confirm that the photos, videos, graphics, text, or other content you share is free from any claims or restrictions that would limit the rights you're granting to Kährs Group. You confirm that our use of your content will not violate any copyright, trademark, privacy right, publicity right, or any other intellectual property right belonging to someone else. In short: the content is yours to share.

If other people appear in your content, you confirm that you have their permission to share it. For anyone under 18, that permission must come from a parent or guardian.

You're sharing your content voluntarily and will not receive compensation from Kährs Group. Neither you nor anyone acting on your behalf will request payment for these rights at any point.

You grant Kährs Group a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, sub-licensable, royalty-free license to use, copy, publish, distribute, display, reproduce, and adapt your content. This includes use across all Kährs Group brands and partners, in any format — including but not limited to social media, websites, email, paid advertising, print, and any other marketing channels. Content may be cropped, resized, or otherwise adapted to fit different formats. Kährs Group is not obligated to use your content. Apart from this license, you continue to own all rights to your content.

Kährs Group will make reasonable efforts to credit you when using your content, provided you've included identifying information such as your name or social media handle. However, a failure to include credit — by Kährs Group or anyone acting on its behalf — does not constitute a breach of this agreement.

You agree to hold Kährs Group harmless from any claims, losses, or legal proceedings arising from your content — including any third-party claims of intellectual property infringement — except where caused by Kährs Group's own negligence. You also agree that neither you nor anyone acting on your behalf will bring copyright or moral rights proceedings against Kährs Group in connection with the content.

This agreement is governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.
